Connection lost proxies are not allowed on our server

One of my kids got this messsage the other day and I got it today when I tried to play. I use a vpn, but I have had it on the other times I have played. What gives?

VPN's are not allowed in the server due to the possibility of ban evasion and sometimes the server detects it. I recommend you turn your vpn off while playing on the server.

There is no VPN, there is a highlighted IP address. Today received the same message. Earlier, 2 days ago, played you without problems.
