So, I have a suggestion about claim blocks. Since the server will be erased every so often, I think claim blocks should be saved to the players accounts and not be reset. If the claim blocks are reset every time, it would make it nearly impossible to build anything extremely large and would take us players many hours to just get enough to claim recreations of our homes if we choose to rebuild. An alternative would be to simply make claim blocks easier to obtain so countless hours are not required just to get a couple hundred claim blocks. A final alternative would be to let us players suffer from unclaimed houses that get destroyed and robbed left and right. If this is the case a pro tip would be to keep everything valuable in PV.
